Lexicon Omega Help Needed

Hi everyone, I just got my new LexiconOmega and I need help with connections.

This is what I have:

1. PC
2. Lexicon Omega
3. Mixer
4. Amplifier
5. Genelec monitors
6. Two big ProTech speakers.

Right now the two speakers are connected to the amplifier which is connected to the Lexicon omega. The monitors are connected to the mixer which is connected to the regular pc sound card output. When I record I do it direct through the Lexicon omega which has also a mic connected to it. But when I want to listen to what I've just recorded the sound goes to the mixer and to the two monitors.

What I want to be is that:

I want to be able to record throug the Lexicon Omega (with the mic) and to hear what I recorded through the mixer and hear it with the two monitors and the two speakers.

Does someone have an idea how to do it?
Was I clear enough? If you have any questions, ask and I'll try to be clearer.

Thank you so much for helping.

Welcome to HRC.

Sounds like a simple routing problem...if I was you, and you don't need it, I'd take the mixer out of the equation, as well as the stock sound card. Go into your operating systems audio preferences and set the Omega as the default input and output and hook the Omega outputs to the amp and the speakers to the amp...if you really need both sets of speakers, just put an A/B switchbox between the speakers and amp.

Thanks. The thing is I don't have two out connections to connect the two sets of speakers.
Another issue is that even when I set the Omega as the default input and output, when I try to play some sound (through the media player) it still sends the audio to the mixer which is connected to the onboard sound card.

this is the omega manual so you can see the in and out connections.

The switch box I mentioned would split the signal, after the amp, or before, which ever you prefer, and allow you to switch between the two sets of speakers.

As far as the other issue goes, well, that is a routing deal you'll have to work out within the driver.
