Advice on the mix.

Due to limited funds, my band had to do all of the recording/mixing for our first EP. This is our first time trying to act as engineers and we are having difficult time just stepping back and trying to hear the songs as a while. I've linked a final mix of one of our songs. Any tips/changes would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

If u guys said u dont know anything about mixing, its actually a really good mix. Clear, tons of space, some overall dynamics and it conveys the song well.

Still a bit murky as these kinds of recodrings tend to be. But the big problem taht jumps out at me is the drums. Definitely need some compression or just eq enhancement to give them some more oomph. Their really papery at the moment and their kind of the only really betraying u.

I'll mix and/or master it for free.

I need the practice and exposure.
