I'd love to get feedback on if anything isn't working for you. I've been getting my content set up all morning. Feeling pretty good about where it's at now. If someone would be so kind as to test the content submission form I'd be real appreciative.
Eventually I'm going to get some better looking photos. But for now it's camera phone pics!

Jun 21, 2011 10:57 am Thanks!! I had the hardest time finding the right guy for the job, design wise. I've been looking at it for so long it's nice to hear it looks good to someone else.
Thanks dB for the advice, and Hippie for the awesome logo

Jun 21, 2011 07:18 pm Most of the pictures on my website were taken at the community center where I record most frequently. The owner is doing a documentary on a neighborhood rehab project and I agreed to do sound for it in exchange for dirt cheap recording space ($50 for Friday night through Sunday evening). I decided to do a little research on the neighborhood we're going to do a documentary on and instead of finding an article telling me the rehab project neighborhood is in one of the roughest neighborhoods in Missouri...I found out that the recording space I'm using is in the 6th most dangerous neighborhood in the country?! This is ranked among New York and California...I had no idea. I guess the bullet holes in the windows should have been clues. I guess they call KC "Killa' City" for a reason.

There it is. Home sweet home, sorta. My friend got shot in the #8 most dangerous neighborhood in the country, according to that same survey.
I always feel a little neurotic trying to keep doors locked and unload quickly when I'm there..at least I know that my caution is justified now.

Jun 22, 2011 06:20 pm Looks a lot better. Good to see your designer kept with the same font throughout to keep it consistent. Good deal, dood!!

Jun 24, 2011 03:43 pm Looks, pretty good. Not necessarily the colors I would have picked, but that's why it is your site and not mine. ha ha. But the layout looks clean and professional.
Now you just need to start filling in that blog. Congrats
