propellerhead record and REAL drums

We just picked up the propellerhead record/reason setup.

We've messed with cubase LE recording full songs with drums, bass, guitar, and vocals and were looking for something a bit better quality.

Did we make a good choice? Were ready to start recording, now we just need the program, to learn it, and do it.

any input is welcome!
