Studio Monitors: Yorkville YSM1p vs. Event TR5

I'm in the market for powered monitors. Anyone out there have any experience with either the Yorkville YSM1p or the Event TR5? The Yorks are $100 more, but that's not really an issue. I'm most concerned with sound quality/transparency.
