I have a Behringer B1, not amazing, but it was my first mic. I want to do stereo room type micing along with some other micing, ive heard Behringer becoz of their lax quality control dont really make mics that match nicely even at the same type. Would it be smart to buy another B1 to do matched pairs? or should i get something else entirely

im going to be buying other mics eventually anywa, im just askin since i already have the B1. Their darn cheap as well so if its not horrible to get another to match i will

Just get it and try it . . . I too own the B-1, so I'd be interested to see what happens. Of course, maybe I should buy another B-1 and dive in first. Good matched mics are pretty expensive, that I do know. I've got a C-1; maybe just for kicks I'll match it up with the B-1 and see what happens . . . I'll let you know.

truth is i probably wont if i cant be sure their matched, their not soo amazingly cheap i could have two lyring around that i didnt have much use for. Im saving up for some slightly higher end mics which im thinkin is the more financially sound way to go.

but if u do, pls tell hehe
