Weird Brainwave result with Total Recorder

I taped this Delta Brainwave with Total Recorder. I had it at equal dB and Hz during the entire 30 seconds but what emerged was a total freak, the dB going up and down. Is it due to buffer, bits, waves, what on earth can be my problem this time? My device/driver was dealing with a perfectly levelled out dB/Hz as i could testify while I listened, and the sound was going throu my loudspeakers just as it was reaching Total Recorder, which is a program that I installed in the PC, so it was getting to the same driver. Also, I taped a bit of a movie, and I didn't notice these shifts in volume. Is it because my mp3 is only 59kbs in size, which is incredibly small for 30 seconds?

I've lost track of the amount of audio forums I'm asking this, so don't worry if you're not specialised in TR or don't know the answer, ill appreciate greatly any input. I'm uploading the sound to rapidshare cuz i dont think i can upload it to here.
