Dematrix was a band i used to be in years ago.

Not only are you Deon, but in the eyes of Google you are THE Deon in regards to home recording expertise. I've stumbled across some of my own threads when I've been searching for solutions to problems I'm having on Google (not our little HRC google searchette, but the real deal). As it turns out, I make the same mistakes over and over again and I sometimes end up referring to something that was said to me on the exact same subject months previously, hah.
