So I wrote this song awhile ago, and posted it. Now it has been improved on by my band and I wanted to see what yall thought of the changes.

The video blurs as the camera was being vibrated by bass/drums but the audio came out ok. Soundguy gave me a mixdown that was not well balanced but; when settled just right with the vid cam audio it helped bring out the vocals and a little power to the drums.

This camera and its adjustable gain for the mic rocks.

Anyway, song is called "Live a Live"

Right on, glad you liked it and yeah I love her voice. We are working on backups but I was a little leary of really getting on the mic as we have only practiced them a couple times.

And yeah that's me on the left, I don't actually drum except for in the studio. I have thought of joining a band as a drummer but honestly, hauling the gear is the only thing holding me back :) lol Tripps=Lazy

Yeah!

I was cracking up every time the fog came out and obscured just you.

Sounds good though. Nice solo! You should come to center stage a bit more on the solo though, so you could show off a bit more. I also like the effect of the camera going blur every time the kick hits, it's a nice audio/visual combined effect.

Wah pedal is keeping me stationary :) I tend to use Wah alot when I haven't really written a solo and am just wingin it. Usually after I actually "write" a solo I drop the Wah as I get comfy with it.

And yeah, the smoke, hehe. It actually covers the whole stage for the most part, my lights and the camera angle make it look like Tripps came from Heaven to play some guitar.

I thought the fog was "we don't want you to see this guy, focus on the girl".

Or, "this guys getting too crazy on the guitar, hit him with the fog again".

Funny, we were laughing when watching as well. Jokingly I would say "where the hell is my smoke screen" and tada, more smoke.
