Tascam DP-01 Computer problem

Hi. So this is not the same problem that everyone else is having with their DP-01 and computer.

Im doing everything correctly, save the export files to the correct FAT, opening the USB drive.

My problem is that I, although, the computer is recognising the USB there is no folder. Im using XP and ive tried it on other computers as well. I dont know if theres any software i need.

Help would so usefuly. Thanks.
