Acid 6 soft synth window disapears

I was recording some soft synth tracks on acid 6 when I went to click on the fader tab for the synth sound i was using so I could make adjustments to the sound. The soft synth window would not open. it worked fine up till this point. I reinstalled acid and everything worked fine, then it happened againg.

Does anyone have any ideas?
