xenyx 1622fx mixer board

i have all of my equipment set up. i have a uca200 usb plug in for my computer everything is plugged in and it says that the mixer board is recognized on garage band but i cant get any sound to come through the mics on to my computer. im brand new to this kind of stuff please help

well now you need to choose how you're outputting you're audio, in a channel you choose the uca as an input, and the output on the master channel should be set to whatever sound card your computer has.
i dont use garage band so i cant really give u step by step instructions
