Korg D888 saving undo data takes a long time

Hi,

I've recently bought a second hand Korg D888 to record amateur musical performances. At the moment I am just playing around with it to figure out how it works.

Last saturday I recorded an act of about 1 hour and after ending it, the D888 took between 10 and 15 minutes to save "undo data" I thinbgk that is a long time and I don't even need it.....

Is there a way to get around this time consuming thing?
