There is a "Pitch Correction" option but I cant figure out how to use it - any ideas before I go put myself to sleep by reading the manual? Thanks.

Almost any standard pitch correction plug should be a pretty stock set of control's. You probably have a couple of knobs. Pitch and formant. Its simply a matter of adjusting the pitch to what you want and then using the formant control if it gets say little kid sounding. Tweak the formant until it sound normal again.

My problem is - I cant get anything to happen when I click it. Nothing comes up. Not sure if its something I need to enable before recording, can be applied afterwards, etc.

The built in one in Audition I must apply to the actual wave itself after tracking. Maybe too CPU intensive to run in real time?

Oh ya, the pluggin has to be applied after you record the track. Those won't actually run in realtime.
