Oct 03, 2009 01:12 am Was it even a real video or a virus launcher. I had several idiots at work open a couple youtube viral video's that spread a fricken trojan out. So I'm not about to even look.

Oct 05, 2009 11:07 pm forty it isn't a trojan on youtube. When they pull a stunt like that it shows a link for a video but it has a redirect that is to a site that will inject a trojan. That or they have been know to put the injection right into the link if you click on the video. I'm not exactly sure how it works and I am pretty sure all the video place have it covered now. But Myspace and you tube had it happen a while ago. More on myspace. Someone would send out the link and share it and it would end up executing a virus injection instead of showing the video.
