XENYX 1204FX HELP! Trouble setting up Mixer to record to pc

I just recently bought a XENYX 1204FX mixer and new monitors and I've been trying to set it up for days.
I want to be able to record to a medium like Audacity or Fruity Loops, so I hooked it up to the pc using the UCA200 USB I was given.

The problem is when I go into Fruity Loops to record, I can hear the guitar at normal volume while playing, but when I play it back after i stop recording, it's really low volume. The sound from my pc are at normal volume level so it has something to do with the guitar translating to the pc.

Yes I have tried checking the drivers and the volume/mic controls on the pc.
Also, I'll explain how everything is set-up :
Control Room > Monitor Speakers
Alt 3-4 > Input of UCA200
Output of UCA200 > Channel 7/8 ( So I can play it back off the pc after Ive recorded the track, and to listen to music off my pc)

I don't know much about Aux sends/returns either, should I have routed the output of the UCA200 into the aux send/returns instead of the channel 7/8?
I'm really not sure what to do, please help - thanks

I'm pretty sure your answers on in the other thread you started.

Please do not double post the same question in two separate threads.
