Audio/video sync problem

well I am converting using the imtoo DVD ripper platinum, I have been working for about a week now and yet when I watch the video (mp4) on my video ipod or my blackberry 8830 the audio place about 1 second before the mouth actually moves, anyone else with this similar issue or anyone know how to fix it???

I"m not familiar with ImToo at all, but it sounds like either the DVD is copy portected and ImToo can't deal with it very well. Or it is not ripping or converting the audio video properly due to a possible error while encoding it.

Have you contacted ImToo about it? That would be a good place to start.

I use Nero for any conversion's as well as specialized software to do a particular format such as Divx and the like.
