I was recently revamping a site I'm working on came up with what i thought was a simple but cool error page ...

www.financeweb.com.au/?event=m_err

So then I'm looking around for some various error handling techniques and came across this site.

Some of the funniest and/or cleverest (ah, I'm sure there's an error page for spelling too) 404's Ive ever seen.

Some very smart folk out there

Pretty cool for sure. I hit one that Firefox put a warning up on though for browser hijacking.

Otherwise there were a few that went nowhere as well.

But many cool ones out there.

I gotts work on the 404's here...it's weird when it's server side scripting as includes are realtive from the requested URI, not the file itself...makes life f-in difficult!

That said, hopefully 404's are minimal!

I've only ever gotten the one we talked about a couple weeks ago here. Never had another.

No worries on the security warnings. Firefox does a good job blocking them.
