Hi everyone, ive been seriously looking for an automation system replacement for my mci Jh500 console, there are big things like the optifile and uptown automation but most of the time we are talking big figures here, (if you sell one for cheap let me know).

Anyway ive been thinking of getting something like a Mackie Ultramix automation system, my idea is to mod it to use my console VCA's instead of the Ultramix VCA's so if you guys know where i can get my hands on one of these it will be much appreciated.

I've been looking for them on ebay without any luck, i recently saw one on craigslist but it is in Canada. So if any of you guys have one or know about someone who wants to sell it let me know ok?

I've also seen other alternatives like the CAD Megamix, some one told me that the CAD had a version where you replaced the console VCA's with the CAD VCA's, i find that to be a cool thing, and eventhough it runs on old MACs i dont care i just wish i could find one.

Anyway if you have any other suggestion about a good and affordable automation system my ears are all open
