Basic submix question (real easy one from newbie)

I have Pro Tools LE mPowered 7.3 on a apable PC and have a few basic questions I could use some help on a few things...

A: I have a very weak grasp on the whole AUX track and BUS concept. Wouls anyone be willing to tell me how to group let's say...3 tracks of vocals together in a submix by telling me step-by-step EXACTLY what to enter into the inputs/sends/outputs of the individual tracks?

I have a basic understanding of what is supposed to occur, but I need to be able to perform the steps at least one time so I can see the results.

I am not asking for lengthy explanations, as that would be too much to ask for ppl that have better things to do with their time than helping a poor old newbie like myself! I would be happy with just the step-by-step if it is not asking too much.

I thank anyone who takes the time to help me very much in advance.
Thanks again!

A buss is when you group things together (like a bunch of people getting on a bus to go to a particular destination).

An aux is a - well, it's an auxiliary mix. You're sending a portion (of a copy, as opposed to a percentage) of that element to something else. Like you would for a monitor mix, headphone mix, spatial or modulation effect (reverb, delay, flange, chorus, etc.).

It's as easy as just sending them. Send the three vocals to a common group. Create a buss and load 'em on it.

AS MM stated, create a new buss and name it vox or vocals. Now go to each vocal track and in its send choices assign it to the new buss named vox or whatever. Now you will have overall control of the 3 tracks with one buss rather then having to move all 3 each time.

You can also group faders by right clicking on them and choosing a group option. At least I assume you can do that in LE.

Once you have your buss created you can now also do things such as add a reverb you want on the entire vocal section or what have you rather then adding a plug on each vocal track.
