Jan 07, 2009 09:32 pm Looks like a corner of a Guitar Center showroom.
Bogner and Diezel are both bone-crushing, botique-quality valve amps. Very sought-after, and used by some of the heaviest gain-freaks out there. Too much amp for me!
I'd bet that each of those 4 heads are at least 100-watt, going into 3 separate 4x12 cabinets. Yikes, that's a downright silly amount of volume! I hope that you have power attenuators for all of those so you can actually enjoy their excellent power sections being pushed into the red zone.
I agree with Deon, I wanna know the makes and models of everything there.
Jan 07, 2009 10:04 pm Well, damnit. I posted all that info and for some reason... It didn't post.
2 Bogner 4x12 cabs. (right) w/ H30's (left) 2 H30's and 2 G12t75's. (This will be mine soon. :)
Diezel Cab. Stock.
Diezel VH4 will JJ's and Tungsol's. 100w
Diezel Herbert stock as far as I know. 160w
Bogner Ecstasy stock. @50 of 120w.
Then, my beloved stock Marshall JVM 100w.

Jan 07, 2009 10:15 pm Holy titillating tinnitus Batman! 160 Watts on that Diezel Herbert? Is that a tube amp or solid state? 160 tube watts would be loud enough to play Woodstock! Can you even turn it past 0.5 on the master volume without making your eyes squish out of their sockets?
Jan 08, 2009 12:12 am Haha... It's tube. And yeah, in fact. It sounded great at low volumes! Haha.

Jan 08, 2009 06:08 am same with mine actually, mines 120watt and it sounds quite good down low-ish, but i still wanna crank that baby up for recording to get those speakers punchin.
16o watt, man that's friggin cookin!
its crazy but crazy good.
i dunno where you could use that volume but its still cool.
it begs the question, why do they make these massive wattage amps when really ya cant use the volume to get what ya need from em?
fair enough if youve got a sound proof room, for recording its ok, but bar that...
