Well, another Fantasy Football season comes to a close. Here are the results:
1st Place: Grandpa? (Fortymile)
2nd Place: Stinky Cheese Man (Guitar Jim)
3rd Place: Barley Processors (Beer Hunter)
4th Place: Childress Sucks (dB)
5th Place: Intimidators (Noize)
6th Place: Goobers (PJK)
7th Place: Zek's Decoys (Zekthedeadcow)
8th Place: Subherb's (Herb Utsmelz)
9th Place: The Behri-Axes (Tadpui)
10th Place: HRC Dummy (Just a place holder team...actually won three times!)
Thanks to all who participated! I didn't really mess with my lineup too much this year, but I will admit that it made Sundays a little more interesting, especially in light of the Packers' poor showing this season.
We'll see you in August for HRC FF '09!

Dec 30, 2008 05:10 pm That was as fun and as frustrating as it is to be a Vikings fan.
Thanks again for the season, commish_jim.
:-D
Dec 30, 2008 05:34 pm Look on the bright side..only about 30 more hours with that cool looking green and gold avatar. (Plus one extra leap-second)
Dec 30, 2008 05:34 pm hahahahahaha, yeah, my pride and ****** joy...this damn avatar :-D
Dec 30, 2008 05:37 pm Speaking of that...time to change mine.

Dec 30, 2008 06:16 pm And to think that forty didn't even want to participate cause he missed the draft. And he takes the whole thing home.
Congrats to all, yer all winner's!
I think this was my best season, going into the playoff's #2 ranked was a big jump for me from last year.
I'll look forward to doing it again next year.
Now to wait the next month for my Fantasy Nascar draft.

Dec 30, 2008 08:28 pm Ya, like the 20 years of my life I wont' get back from that *****. And no, I'm not talking about my wife.
Herb, I have to say your new avatar is a mite frightening.
It looks as though the head is missing and there is a speaker in its place.
Is that the RCA doggy for the digital age?
Dec 30, 2008 08:31 pm It looks like instead of "His masters voice." It's kind of like "His master gone mad."

Dec 30, 2008 08:43 pm Rob, I'm getting a little inspiration from that title. Man, maybe I should use some of this vacation time and stay up late, drink lots and just play until my fingers bleed.
Or I pass out, whichever comes first.

Dec 31, 2008 10:07 am I am guessing it involved mass quantities of alcohol and maybe some pieces of paper and darts...

Dec 31, 2008 11:20 am Herb, not sure I could get those into the house. At that price anyway. Its only a coaxial speaker and they charge that much.
