can anyone tell me how i can get over this problem i run cubase sx2 and have recorded several songs and edited some of the tracks (removed silences on drum parts etc) a friend has offered to complete the mixes of these tracks but he uses logic on a mac based system. heres the problem i need to render all the individual wav files so they start in the same place so they can be lined up easier within logic however if i use export audio mixdown and export the individual tracks when i pull them back into a new project the timing gradually runs out with the individual tracks making them unusable together (they do all start in the same place tho), can anyone tell me if theres a way to export individual files globally or what im doing wrong, or have i got to rout the tracks back through my mixer and physically re record them so they all start at the same point? i know i must be missing something simple here

If you're exporting as 48khz, and your bud is reading as 44.1khz, the timing will be off. Check your sample rate.

Also, punctuation and breaks really help when other people are reading your posts.

Also, if you export using a time stamp or simple tell cubase to export the waves to broadcast wav that will usually give you a check box that states to retain original time stamp. This will allow the files to remain intact and be imported at their original time.
