Rookie needs help with Cuabse LE4

Greetings to all,
I need your help. I am trying to get this Lexicon Omega up and running for my son but am running into a few problems. I am running XP and Cubase LE4 with all the current updates.
First: I have registered the product and received email confirming so. Every time I start the program I receive a box wanting me to “register now” or “remind me latter”. Could this interfere with being granted full access to the program?
Second: I have followed the user’s manual for setup and am following the guide to learn how to use it. Section 1 deals with connecting a microphone and recording a track. I follow all the procedures, when I hit the record button I receive a message that asks, “DO YOU WANT TO KEEP AUDIO EVENTS AT THEIR SAMPLE PORTIONS?” It offers a yes or no option but neither one works and the program freezes. Any help with these problems will be greatly appreciated. Also, is there a good book for armatures like me on the use of Cubase LE4?

ON the registratioin, it might be looking for a reg key. Did they send one in the email for you to enter? I'm not sure if LE needs one or not as I'm not a cubase user though.

When it asks that you should answer yes I do believe.

On the freezing up the PC part, I'm not really sure. What are the specs of the PC, SPU speed and amount of ram?

Thanks for responding. I did get a new reg code through email and re-registerd. I still get the prompt. I did try the "register now" button and I recieved a reply stating this product is already registered.

You may want to uninstall and re-install Cubase. It may have gotten confused by something.
