Axiom 49 Problem!!!help

OK so i was on my 49 key 1 day and it just stopped working. and now i dont know what wrong i know its not the way i set up my REASON 4.0 (MIDI) it's the 49 key its self. the LCD just flickers in and out and on and of and well not respond is there a reset on the 49 key?

Are you powering it with a power supply or via the USB cable? Also, check the actual USB cable and or power cable connections as this can be a problem as well.

Was it new or used?

If there is a reset function I don't think that is going to solve this problem though.
