OK, I don't really have anyting to say about this.

Nov 10, 2008 11:25 pm just re enforces my "everything's about the wallet" theory.
man that's just being a bastard really.
you'd think they'd have to have a fair bit of knowledge on the product they are trying to patent, which means they'd have to get that info thru means of deceit.
unless im understanding it wrong.

Nov 11, 2008 07:00 pm Deon, that is how I read it as well. Deceit is the key word there and it doesn't appear that they are hiding it either.

Nov 11, 2008 09:33 pm well yeah this is it.
i would've thought some of the protocol to be able to patnet something in the first place, is to be able to show some specific knowledge or even in this case trade secrets on the subject.
if this is true they must have someone on the inside (na na na na) (twilight zone music)
yo doity raaats.
in regards to my previous post^
look it "is" all about the wallet
its ^highlighted.

Nov 11, 2008 09:58 pm or it could be an even huge-er conspiracy to force every one to show their hand.
Patents only last about 18 years... threaten to troll everyone using 'trade secret' and you can dump advanced technology on the market in 20 years instead of 100.
... it's sort of like 'open sourcing every research lab in the world'... or threatening to put them on Pirate Bay...
