Yer i stumpled across a copy i bought a few years back of Sonar Home Studio 4, I installed it earlier but i noticed whatever sound i record, it doesn't play back outloud. I know it is playing as i put the music in on the stave tool, and the notes highlight red as they are played. I would look in the instruction manuel but i have searched the house and cannot find it anywhere.
Could it because i haven't set an output?
If not what could it be?

Sep 02, 2008 11:55 pm yeppers...ya have to assign a sound to them there notes before you can hear it.
are you familiar with vst/dxi instruments (aka pulgins)?
