I went out looking to pick up an alesis trigger i/o which was supposed to be in stock with a number of stores which strangely had no idea what I was talking about when I got there... Sam Ash actually forgot to open... and I mean... most employees at counters wondering why nobody was there...with the front doors locked... it's like they're in competition with Home Depot for "worst run store 'ever'"...

anyway... hit a local store and picked up a new pair of monitors (been without for about a year) Wharfedale Diamond 8.1 ... about $200 for the pair... then hit the music go round on the way back and stumbled on an Alesis QS8.1 keyboard for $380

I'm just going to get the Trigger i/O online I think.

That is funny about worker's sitting at register's not knowing the door's are locked. I've yet to see that here.

The QS 8 though, that is a pretty decent price for it. I like the sounds they have in that unit for sure.

Funny how a music store has no clue about a product that has been around for about a year now. That is some lack of training and merch info being given to employee's.
