I just got my delta 44 in the mail today and when i hooked it up and tried to install the software, it said that the drivers aren't compatable with my Windows friggin' XP operating system. How can i remedy this, or am i going to have to install my windows 98 program?

Feb 28, 2003 01:44 pm ok, i don't need you to answer that question anymore because i found the site that will help me get the driver. The problem now is that i don't know which one i need. there are a bunch of choices and i don't know which one to get. here's the link
www.m-audio.net/support/driversearch.php
I have a windows XP and a delta-44. Thanks
Feb 28, 2003 01:52 pm get the top one on the list. ALways download the one with the highest driver version number unless you see the word "beta" next to it.

Feb 28, 2003 01:57 pm but that one says it says it only has certain features for the 410, 1010 and 1010LT. Do i need that?
Feb 28, 2003 02:04 pm you don't need those features, but this is a driver for several cards, some features specific to various cards in the delta series. It's the same driver I use for my Audiophile 2496 as well...I think...

Feb 28, 2003 06:45 pm Yep, just another note funkyP. I have tried both the Pro driver version and the latest version for the 44 and they both work dandy in XP.
