Jun 15, 2008 09:44 pm Are you saving the entire file again after editing the track name? That is usually what causes the loss is the project was not re-saved after editing the name or track.
Cakewalk track naming

On my very old version of Cakewalk (4.5) I am unable to name the tracks on some midi files. Sure, I can name the track, Save and close the file, but when I re-open - the track's name has gone. Any ideas ?
