Adjusting Bit rate with Cool Edit Pro 2.0

I'm not sure if I inadvertently changed a setting or what but now all of my recordings come out at 320 kbps when I mixdown and save to an MP3 file and the files are HUGE!
Is there something I can change to where they will save at 128 or 192 kbps. The recordings I'm doing are vocal dialogue and I don't really need that high of a setting.

Thanks!

I'm not a cool edit user but there should be settings in the options that come up when you go to export the mp3. I know in my app's it gives you multiple choices in the menu that comes up to create the mp3.

Ye, just click the Options button in the "Save Waveform As" window.
