It's Mike Patton's new group with a bunch of rappers. But, the sounds and stuff he makes, I really like! The dude is nutz! I just wanted others people opinions.

Mar 30, 2008 06:09 pm how is it? patton is hit or miss for me. his favorite non-FNM projects for me have been mr bungle (only two of the albums, though) and tomahawk, which is mike plus duane from the jesus lizard. although the last tomahawk album was no good, i thought. they tried to do an american indian thing with that one *sigh*
he's great, but he goes too far much of the time for me. i want him to do amazing rock music. if you can find the tomahawk song 'capt midnight' listen to it. those kinds of big choruses, we need more of those.

And I love it man. I agree Patton goes a bit far at times but this thing is closer to NIN type sound that he's doing. I really recommend it. Check out the single Mojo.
