Advice on Sound Card.

Hey,
I have a UCA200 usb sound card that came with a Behringer xenyx1204fx mixer.
It's causing me problems with Cakewalk (even tho' it installed and seems to work in some way). I know this sound card is labelled a load of junk so if I can't find a solution with the onboard sound card for awhile (which probably will not be good enough) then I need a new sound card.

I'm looking for a sound card (USB, Firewire or even a normal as long as it's better value)
Budget is low, Want to spend as little as I can on this but I'd say there would be an upper limit of 50euro (75 dollars)....is it possible to get one that's suitable at this price?
Of course if there is amazing value then I'll pay a bit more.

The UCA200 will also only record at 16 bit which isn't good enough.

Does anyone have suggestions?

I will be the third on that card as well. Best bang for the buck. They can be found used as well for a bit less.

Also, does this card now work for Vista?

I heard it works for some versions, if you know what I'm on about how do I check what version my Vista is....or am I wrong altogether?

If anyone wants to throw in any more soundcards they think are good then go ahead.

IT is supposed to be ported to all versions of vista according to their website.
