im able to get the contents loaded but when i go to change the file to mp3 th options arent there i only have
PCM.wav and OGG VORBIS 1.0
are any of these acceptable to load a song on this site? if not does anyone know why i dont have the mp3 option?

Just use iTunes Deon, its the easiest way. Forget about Roxio.
