I'm pretty sure jamstix does this as well.
I'm sure there's others.

Is there any drum software that will allow separating drums on separate trax? I don't like having to eq and apply effeccts to the drumkit as a whole. Am I missing something in my software(cubase le)that will accomplish this?

You can assign each drum to a separate output which can be routed to a separate track.
