reason and sonar

Hi,
I have something recorded in reason that I want to import into sonar as audio via rewire. I know you can play midi into sonar, send it to reason, and then bounce it down to an audio track, but how do you do this when the midi is already recorded in reason (other than playing it all in again!!)

hmmm i donno about this..i run reason INSIDE sonar, and use sonars way better sequencer....try exporting a midi file from reason, then importing into sonar maybe? just start running reason inside of sonar (as a plugin) just like a vst instrument.
