Weird Sonar 6 Rewire problem

Hi,
I'm new to using this program and am still learning how it works. I was trying to see if I could record audio direct from reason into sonar via rewire, like you can in ableton live, and it crashed the program and I had to force it to close. However, upon restarting my computer and trying to set up sonar with reason again, reason just hangs when its starting up. You can get it to load if you turn the audio engine off, but this means that the two programs aren't connected. I tried reinstalling sonar, but this didn't solve the problem. I can still rewire ableton live with reason, but can't rewire sonar with ableton (abletons says there's a problem with the rewire of the master application). Dunno wots happened!!

You might want to try the Rewire update first at www.propellerheads.se/dow...n=displaymain.. See how it goes first.

One thing you will need to do with Sonar 6 is make sure you have all the updates installed properly. There was a rewire fix that solved some minor issues. And as well Reason had a major issue which the update Loki posted will fix too. I suggest you do a complete uninstall of both and then a complete re-install of both and then do the updates in order.

I have run Reason in Sonar 6 PE without any trouble at all. I also rewire many other instruments into Sonar 6 PE and have no trouble with any of them.
