OK I JUST BOUGHT SONAR 6 !!!! NOW I NEED HELP !

So I just bought Sonar 6 tonight in Nova Scotia Canada.....and everything works !!! except I can't seem to get my midi to work. The Input is working (its showing there activity and its showing up in the multitrack but it won't let any sound play I can't hear anything. I went into the Midi Options Selected the USB Controller as my input but I'm using an M-Audio Mobile Pre as my Input/Output and it won't let me select that as the play back, if anyone has had any difficulty hearing Midi using Sonar, some help would be greatly appreciated ! ! Thank you

Um, silly question here.

Do you have the midi track assigned to a software synth track by chance? IF not you won't hear anything at all until you do that.

If you need help doing that let me know and I'll get ya up and going.

Its really simple and there is a tutorial in the manual to tell you how to use the Synth Rack to do it.
