Need a mixer with SPDIF output. Or a cable???

So, I want a digimax but they are $$$$$.

I really would love 8 more tracks but would be happy with 2 more so I can use 8 on drums and then 2 for scratch guitars/vox.

Soooo... Anyone know of a small (tiny) cheap mixer that has SPDIF RCA output?

Or even better!!!

My current mixer has 9-16 output through one stereo RCA pair. Is there an adapter that turns RCA into spdif? I'm guessing not as the signals must be different.
