They look like the same cheapies I got. I bought the 10 pack and they work alright. A couple used in a live setting have died out but the ones in my studio still work fine.

Here is a better deal though... you can never have too many it seems :)

They look like good cables, but you can never tell when your buying from a private party like that. They could be homemade, which is not a bad thing if he is truly selling the cable you see pictured. I used to make my own just for that reason, you know exactly what you are getting as far as cable and connector go. zZounds has them for just alittle bit more and they are durable and good quality cables. www.zzounds.com...LR-to-XLR--2368

My favorite cable as far as bang for the buck is Horizon cable. I've bought a few through Musicians Friend and they've done well in a pampered home studio environment. They're quiet and I like the connectors on them.

But for reliability I have to say ProCo. I have a ProCo MusicMover cable that I bought in 1990 or 1991 that's still kicking. It's been through hell and is still working like a charm. That's endeared ProCo cable in my heart forever!

Mine as well are either ProCo or custom made. I have used Whirlwind as well as Shure cable's and they seem fine in the studio as well.

yea, good to know, im kinda leaning towards those cables right now.

my budget of xmas money is first for some drum mics so im completely independent from using some of my dads equipment, and then like 4-5 cables, i got somthin like 150 bucks or so (canadian)
