Hey Guys
Some stuff anyone who likes my band may be interested in !!
Basically, we played a busy show last week (80 punters there to see just us - there were others for the other bands but we had the biggest crowd ;-P !! WOOT WOOT)...anyways, the show was recorded in it's entirety by a podcaster (a friend of mine now) and he done a darn good job under difficult circumstances!!
Basically, he took a feed from the (ancient) Soundcraft house board and fired this directly into Garage Band on his Mac Laptop...the results have now been podcast from his (excellent) website!!

Also, whilst I remember, if there are any of ye oot there who want to be podcast, this guy is sound!!! HE has already fired 3 of our tracks out there to the masses and is a genuine guy doing this podcasting thang for the love of rock...its braw!! Truely heart warmin concept that someone would give up their own time, to make shows to plug bands and stuff purely because they love music....!! BRILL.
Anyways, check it oot - there's 5 tracks on his podcast (all of us) which were recorded 100% live (warts n all ;-) and most of these, I have never recorded with the band so they will all be new to ya!!

Jul 05, 2006 01:24 am It's great that you're getting out and doing it Coco, you guys sound tighter and better everytime I hear ya!
I don't have many regrets, but one of the biggest is that I didn't get out do something with music when I was young, so keep rockin' em out! :)

Jul 05, 2006 08:13 pm coco, not so bad sounding considering the way you describe it being done. POD Casting should be a bit on the dodgy side though so I take it with a grain of salt when listening. Nice performances by the way.
