I know this doesn't have anything to do with recording but it has a bit to do with HRC :

Back in August I wrote a thread in the talking smack forum , I stated in short that I was happy that I could order equipment from Musicians friend , being deployed and all. I printed out the replies and they brought a smile to some very tired US troops . I would just like to thank HRC for the support and every one here K2 , would like to say thanks as well . Some people don't understand how a little atta boy or keep up the good work , can go a distance for people with little luxury . So from all of us here to HRC , thanks for the support .

If anything we do, say or pray for can help keep up the spirits and emotions of our boys at the front, we are honored to do so.

God Bless all of you protecting our freedom. We can sit back and help you from our homes because of the hard work and dedication of people like you guys. You guys are freedom and a great example of enduring spirit, I feel funny hearing thanks from you, because myself, my wife and my two young daughters owe you all a debt of gratitude that is not measurable.

But I will gladly try to pay in beer someday :-)

We all are just regular people , when I'm not working ( a normal work week) I'm doin the band thing or working on my home studio , but latly some of us have had to put our things on the side , I try and just vew it as a job and like this is just one long *** Business trip , but since I'm active duty I'm afraid I might be making a few more "trips" , but not before a long break with plenty of barly pops .
