Feb 18, 2006 09:52 pm I am not sure if the addapter works in GT2. I dont think GT2 was able to use VST at that time. You might try an upgrade as I believe the current version does support the use of VST.
Vst adapter in cakewalk question.. ? what is it or do?

Im currently using GT2 with Aud sc, most of my recordings are faily good with the build in eq in cakewalk. However, I was looking into some vst effects and eg plugings. The question is when I downloaded some for trial they did not show up ( Roxio shows up ) in the effects module.
I copied the dll file in the shared vst folder but nothing. Is the VST Adapter another program that I need to buy for cakewalk to use n see the plug ins?
Is there a demo vst adapter that I can use with cakewalk without investing in another application?
