hmmmmm, I will look into it.

By the way, I think this was the first time anyone ever called me by my real name...

I'll get back to this thread when I figure out what's up with the profile thing.

Well, I know what the prob is, it is related to some increased security measures I made a while ago, it doesn't affect adding a new profile, just updating a current one...hmmmmm, I tried a couple things quickly that did not fix it, luckily, I am on vacation at home this week so hopefulyl I will find the time to fix it in the next day or two.

Thank you very much for pointing this out to me.

Yup, next year my vacation time will be better spent, the last two years have used my vacation time by either nursing a wife that had a c-section or doing house-work and landscaping at home...

Next year we are going somewhere nice...without the kids!

Depends on the bar, Lienie's is a given as being on tap everywhere, personally, I am a Sam Adams guy if it's available on tap. Toss in an ocassional shot of Jagermeister and we have a good night going.

Of course, if it's a night at Old Chicago, then we have about 200 beers to choose from, 30 on tap at any given time...then that calls for a night of variety...it is the spice of life ya know :-)

ahh we have a place like that in CA , it has over 200 beers on tap . I'm fond of Sam A , I'm more of a loger person but i do like a few of the ales . I can respect a man that drinks Jager an aquired tast and also an expensive shot , i dig it.

You can do an around the world tour there. But nobody ever make's it. I wonder why?

HA, I made my tour around the world in beer, my name is on the "Hall of Foam" plaque! Old Chicago rocks!

<explanation>
For those of you unfamiliar with Old Chicago's world beer tour, you get a card that gets credited with each beer you buy, as soon as you have 110 different beers you get inducted into their "Hall of Foam", and also get various little prizes and bonuses through the course of the tour after so many beers. I drank my 110th on my 30th birthday (it seems so long ago now...)

Ah yes, another lager person. I like a beer you can stand a stick up in and it stay's put. Liene's Red is a good comprimise though.

well noize if you want a beer you can stand a stick up in try "raputan" it make your regular oatmeal stouts look like Bud light . My griend and i like to go out and by a mixed case every now and again of beer with the weiredest names or the coolest bottles , some times it's a flop but most you find some great beer from around the world , plus it helps that my buddy is starting to home brew his kegs and bottles . I'll be sure to have a few when i stop through Germany on my way back home in 2 weeks .

I brewed my own beer for a few years, when the kids came along I have not found the time to do it...I gotta do that again...homebrew is the best beer in the world if it is brewed by somebody that does not suffer from cranial-rectal inversion ;-)

now the big question is , since we will be making 2 types ( to start with) you want a lager or an ale ? the lager could be compaired to Foster or dos equis type , the amber ale , well it's still in the brain storming prosses , it' hard to brew or work om music in a location that you can't drink and it's just plian hard to do work on tunes . But Hay I'm out of this place very soon.
