Thanks for the thought but I am only 40!
So, with that said, I will now announce the birthday announcement...
I turn 40 and you get the present.
EVERYBODY gets 10 MB to upload songs...HRC Pro still has 24 MB, but EVERYBODY gets 10!
Now, I am really drunk and all that right now, but, I hope this works I think everything is in order to allow everybody uploads.

I gotta admit, this was the most disappointing birthday I have ever had in my life. I thought 40 was a landmark of sorts that perhaps might be different, even a little. I dunno what I was expecting, nothing really, and well, that's just what it amounted to. Nothing...zero...zilch...nada. The wife went about her business, kids took off to play with friends and I mowed the lawn...
I dunno, guys, I am feeling pretty unappreciated around the ol' house...it may sound like something a stereotypical sitcom woman would say, but I am, on the whole, a pretty low maintenance kind of guy...never expect a ticker-tape parade or anything, but jeez, a thanks or something would be nice once in a while.
I dunno, I guess I should know better than to expect anything...it seems my role in life is a pretty thankless one.

I really shouldn't whine, after this long I should just not expect anything. The kids drew me little cards, which was cute. Wife did nothing at all, and actually, our evening alone we went to pick up some earrings for her that I won from a high-end jeweler on the radio a couple weeks back.

BTW: Herb: There should be some kind of law against posting pictures like that. We're not that kind of Home Recording website! You should get at leat noogies or something. Maybe you could spar with dB-Wan for three minutes.

Maybe the 50th will get a little attention in a few months. Maybe not. My own mother doesn't even remember any more. But indeed, HRC provides many of us with a little happiness.
