I've been sharing this with everybody I know. I can't get enough of this video. There are so many elements. Hilarious, yet musically and choreographically awesome. Pure win!

Oct 18, 2010 02:21 am Ok, I'm not trying to be a post whore, but I can't believe you all haven't watched this at least 5 times each. I've already watched it 6 more times since I posted it.

The new Grinderman video for Heathen Child is a work of campy art. YouTube it, I don't quite want to post it here :)

You do not disappoint !
Ha! Good to see you around again WYD.
Grinderman . . . isn't that the guy that did that huge post about how to record electric guitars ?
eh, maybe my brain is just letting go . . .

Oct 20, 2010 03:21 pm Grinderman is Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds in another incarnation. Nick "learned" how to play guitar for that project, good results from somebody new to the instrument.
I think you're thinking of recorderman for the world's most sarcastic how-to on recording electric guitars.

Oct 21, 2010 01:30 pm Wait, no, recorderman was the drum miking technique guy...I think. jeez, my brain has turned to mush lately as well. Maybe I'll develop full-blown Alzheimers and get to meet new people every day.
Slipperman! that's the guitar tutorial guy.
Oct 21, 2010 01:32 pm I'm kinda beginning to look forward to Alzheimers...I think it would be a nice break from life.
