Huh, I actually tried following the steps on the site (using notepad). All that showed up was a bunch of weird, unreadable characters. Interesting though

That would be information from the software that recorded the audio...and an example of why you shouldn't record on pirated software

opening a short recording that I made in SONAR the following information is included

account name the program was run under
Sonar 2.2
Software serial number
and even which track it was recorded in (track 3, song 1)

SONAR puts it all at the top of the file though.
