I love my city!

We had a despicable crime here in Philly.

A man raped an 11 year old girl repeatedly the other day here in one of the worst sections of the city.

While they where looking for the suspect, the neighbors were on the news.

It was the typical "He better hope the police finds him first!" type thing. The normal rhetoric you here for people in depressed neighborhoods.

But, you never see any action form them. The police usually find the suspect in one of the houses that belongs to one of the people that spoke to the news.

Not this time!

They meant every word this time around.

The suspect is in the intensive care ward of Temple Hospital.

Now if they could only do this for all crimes here.

I'm tellin ya. It is time for a revolution!

Now, maybe more will start takin this kind of crap seriously.

That guy should have been maimed for good by those folks. Hopefully when he gets to prison he will get whats coming to him.

Wow, I love a good vigilante story like that...hate to hear of an 11 year girl as a victim, but still...

Good = A violent offender gets something other than just a cushy plea bargan sentance.

Bad = More ammunition for a leftest state that has all but banned the right to self defense.

Yeah, that's pretty sweet. To bad the Pirates suck so bad...they could make it the perfect Tri-fecta.

Congrats for the Stanley Cup win, indeed. The Peguins have come a very long way in the last two years. Though it was kind'a hard to watch this last time through, being from Chicago and residing in the Detroit area for the last coupl'a decades... no doubt about it, though... they truly earned Stanleys Cup.

Hey bud! Hope all is well for ya's down there!

Heh, I was thinking about you, and that trip we made(when we first met) when I wrote the above statement about the Peguins. We had also gone to see the Nashville Predators play Pitsburg, and the Preds just killed 'em... something like 7-3. They are such a different team now, and the Preds were on a roll that year.

There are so many people from Michigan in and around Nashville, they refer to the hockey followers as 'PredWing' fans. I found that to be somewhat nifty.

Yeah, the CMAs must really bring alot of peeps to the area. I think Nashville's a good place for that, though. Couldn't imagine something like that happening 'round these parts. bah!

I saw several other sports logo's such as Puma and the like as well.

But whats up with the fat dudes and the Darth Vader helmuts??? Are they army or police I wonder? A neighbor behind me is Iranian and has one of those 100" big screen jobs and satellite and that is all they watch. Turned up friggin loud as hell too. Next time his window is open I'm shooting a message on an arrow through it to tell him to turn it the f down. I don't need to hear that crap. Funny thing is he has a daughter Rays age and she is pretty good looking. She is also bucking the system and not wearing the traditional dress or covering her had. Her mother is all for it I guess. She believes she is here to be and American and will dress and act like one no matter what her father says. He is of course, a cab driver.
