Okay, so I'm looking to do a short run of CDs (50-200). If possible, I'd like to have thermal printing on the CDs, and I'd also like to have at least a 2-sided insert and a printed back.
I saw the Diskfaktory ad on the Guitar Center website and that looked decent...and it was in my general price range ($100-$250 or so). I wondered if anyone had used them and had any sort of review on them. I also wondered if there were other options out there that might be better. I remember dB posting a review of a service a while back, but I can't seem to find it.
Thanks for the help.

Jul 22, 2005 08:18 am I have used disc factory with my old band www.theops.net and they came out pretty well. My only complaint is the paper for the two sided insert was a little thin so it fell out sometimes. However, I think you'll find the same thing will happen with every company.
I have also used Mixonic www.mixonic.com for some personal CD's I have made. I had a VERY small run of CD's and this was a good service for that. Only downfall that it was a little pricy.

Jul 22, 2005 12:11 pm Musician's Friend is doing duplication now, and I think that one of their package options is right in your price range and number of CDs. thermal printing, but its still on CD-R media as far as I can tell. Might want to look into it as another option!

Thanks for all the ideas, guys! I'll check these out ASAP.
And WYD...I haven't had a chance to email you yet, but I will do so, probably tonight. Thanks, bro!
