Feb 10, 2005 08:12 am I might have to give that amp simulator a try when I get some time. The best software sim I have seen yet is GreenMachine. It's very hard to do in a strictly software platform, if it's any good that's an awesome find.
That said "when I get time" means I'll never be able to try it with the schedule I typically run...
::sigh::

Feb 10, 2005 05:08 pm Another great free ripping utility is called FreeRip. It has CDDB capability (it'll grab the titles, genre, artist, etc. from an internet database and name the files aptly), and it rips/converts mp3, wav and aiff files.
